Pick-up and Drop-off: In order to provide your pets with the one-on-one, relaxed environment they deserve, PUNCTUALITY IS VERY IMPORTANT! Please adhere to the start and end time of your pet's appointment. A 10 minute grace period is provided, but if you are 30 minutes or more late for your appointment, you will need to reschedule. Estimated pick-up times will be given upon drop-off of your pet. Late pick-up fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of time. Understanding is given whenever extenuating circumstances arise; however, repeat last-minute offenders will incur fees (fee decided on case-by-case basis)
Repeated "no-shows" and/or late pick-up/drop-offs: Without previous communication about the situation, a $1 per minute fee (after 10 min grace period) will be added to your service bill for late pick-ups. For example, if you arrive 30 mins late, your late fee would be $20 (30 mins late - 10min grace period = 20mins late). A "no-show" refers to when a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment WITHOUT any communication PRIOR to said missed appointment. After 3 "no-shows", you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit up front to schedule any future appointments.
Accepted forms of payment: Cash, debit or credit card. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and other "tap to pay" available. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Leash/Potty Rules: For safety, please keep your pet on a leash at all times when not inside your personal vehicle. Please walk your pets before their appointment time! Should potty time happen on Sweet Paws premises, please be respectful of others and their pets as well as my own, and pick up any poop with provided bags and dispose of in designated bin.
Vaccinations: Current rabies vaccinations required for all pets over 4 months old. Proof of rabies with expiration date can be provided in person at drop-off, with paper or online copy, or you can email it to sweetpawspetgroomingnc@gmail.com. Please be sure to provide your first and last name, as well as your pet's name in the subject line of the email.
